Product Overview

Complete engine mount and upper bracket kit for an ND MX5 by AWR Racing. This kit is specifically designed for an ND MX5 with an aftermarket exhaust header installed. Made in the USA, laser cut and CNC folded, tig welded in house, nickel plated sleeves and upper bracket, provided with Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings in four different durometer options that can be swapped out/replaced at any time. Powder coated in black, orange, and silver for a very durable finish!

These mounts improve shifting and completely change the feel of the car keeping power sent to the wheels as it should be!

Bushings: 

62 - 70 durometer is recommended for daily driving with little to no mods. 70 - 88 durometer is recommended for lightly to intermediate modification levels. 88 - 95 durometer is recommended for highly modified street and track builds. Don't forget - you can always opt for a different durometer if your first choice doesn't suit you needs, all of our bushings can be replaced!

The upper bracket is a specific item built to allow the use of an aftermarket exhaust header in the ND MX5. This item is trimmed differently and nickel plated for a more durable finish around the heat of the exhaust. Kits are now provided with a heat shield to help reduce heat transfer from the aftermarket style headers.

Warranty
AWR believes so strongly in their engine mounts and sway bars that they back them with a limited Lifetime Warranty. What's more, this warranty, excluding bushings, is retroactive to all mounts and sway bars built previously by AWR. Basically, if it breaks or fails, AWR will fix or replace it at their discretion. The warranty is 'limited' in that bushings are considered a normal wear item, so the urethane or rubber bushings are not covered, but if the metal cracks, breaks or otherwise fails, we'll replace or repair it.
